3D PRINT
Thanks to 3D printing systems, Cidiemme cut is able to create prototypes or serial parts in engineering material.
SLS PRINT
Selective laser sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing technology that uses a high-powered laser to sinter small particles of polymer powder and turn them into a solid structure based on a 3D model.
The material most used in selective laser sintering is nylon , a very efficient engineering thermoplastic, suitable for both functional prototyping and end-use manufacturing. Nylon is ideal for complex assemblies and durable parts with high environmental stability.
FUSE1 by FORMLABS
Fuse 1 is the world's first industrial benchtop SLS printer.
Technological innovation, reduced size and complete and simplified workflow make prints competitive in quality, time and cost.
Main characteristics :
Vertical resolution: 110 microns
Print volume:165x165x300 mm
Print file type: STL or OBJ
NYLON 12 POWERED
Nylon parts 3D printed with selective laser sintering are strong, rigid, strong and durable. The final parts are able to withstand impacts and repeated wear. Nylon is able to resist UV rays, light, heat, humidity, solvents, high temperatures and water.
The new LFS 3D printing technology is an evolution of SLA technology.
Offers more accurate and repeatable 3D prints, lighter support structures and uniformity over the entire printing surface.
LFS PRINT
Main characteristics :
Vertical resolution: 25-300 microns
Print volume:145x145x185 mm
Print file type: STL or OBJ
